Selection

If you are a developer or a tester, in the first stage you will be asked to take a test to give us an overall picture of your knowledge. This will be followed by a personal interview.

What is a job interview like?

You needn’t worry – the interview, aimed at assessing your professional skills and experience, is a friendly and informal conversation. We neither intend to create stress nor to follow an all-day-long selection procedure. We are a lot more interested in what you know and what you are talented in. If you are applying for a technological position, you will be given some test questions, but you won’t mind that, will you? We may want to meet you several times before making our final decision, but trust us, it’s worth being patient. We will try not to keep you waiting for too long.
